Weather cameras are more than likely cameras operated by resorts, media outlets, or traffic authorities. They are positioned on buldings, beaches and billboards. They may not be designed as weather cameras, but they reveal what the weather is like from that vantage point. Usually the cameras recycle every minute or so, and the images are up to date.
